1. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase.
- After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer available, as the order will already be in processing.
- To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible with your order number at [email protected].
2. Returning Goods
We want your order to be exactly as you expected. Please double-check product details before submitting your order through our website.
MLB Fan Pro maintains a limited Return Policy. We only accept returns for products that are defective due to our fault, including:
- Wrong size/capacity compared to the order details.
- Incorrect design or print differing from the product page.
- Damaged goods upon arrival (e.g., peeling print, dented tumbler, broken lid).
- Wrong style received (e.g., received a mug instead of a tumbler).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Except in the cases listed above, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for any other reason (such as change of mind).
Returning Goods Process
If there is an issue with your order caused by our error (such as the wrong size, design, style, or a damaged item), please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. In your ‘Return Request’ email, please include:
- Your Order Number
- Photos clearly showing the issue (defect, damage, incorrect item, or size/capacity if wrong)
Once verified, we will:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund
No return shipping is required in most cases. Processing a replacement takes 1–4 business days, and shipping may take 4–15 business days.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). If this method is no longer valid, please contact us via [email protected] to arrange another option.
- After we verify the issue (via photos/videos), we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days (business days only). Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Processing time is calculated in business days only. Refund requests received on Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges in all cases (since our products are custom-made). However, if the issue is caused by us (wrong size, incorrect design, or damaged item), we will handle it following our Returning Goods process above. Depending on your preference and the verification of the issue, we will:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Provide a full refund
Customers do not need to place a new order for an exchange.
