Shipping Policy

At MLB Fan Pro, we take full responsibility for bringing you the quality gear you love. We’ve designed our shipping process to be as transparent and reliable as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please review this policy carefully to understand how we process, produce, and deliver your custom tumblers to your doorstep.

1. Delivery Time

Since our products are made-to-order, the total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

  • Our business days: Mon-Fri (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT)
  • Handling Time (Production): 1–4 business days
  • Transit Time (Shipping):
    • United States: 4–10 business days
    • International: 4–15 business days 
  • Estimated Total Delivery:
    • USA Orders: 5–14 business days
    • International Orders: 5–19 business days
  • Order Cut-off Time: We process all orders placed before 05:00 PM MT. Orders placed after 05:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total. 

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all orders under $100.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $100.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time:

  • US Orders: USPS, DHL US, DHL Parcel
  • International Orders: Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express UK, Yun Express, Yanwen

4. Shipment Origin

To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship orders from a distributed network of fulfillment centers. Depending on product availability and your delivery address, your order may be fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers or from our international fulfillment partners.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your package directly on our tracking page at Order Tracking.

6. Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors – such as weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, or high-volume periods – may occasionally affect the delivery timeline.

Important Note: In a small number of cases where issues beyond our control arise, shipping times may extend up to 20–25 business days. Please allow up to this timeframe for your order to arrive before contacting our support team for assistance.

If your package has not arrived after this extended timeframe, please reach out to us so we can help.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently support shipping to a single destination per order. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States when the selected carrier supports it (primarily USPS).
  • Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are not guaranteed, as not all of our carriers support these locations.

8. Taxes, Duties & VAT

  • We do not collect international customs fees or VAT at checkout.
  • All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • VAT charges vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.
